Does my Acaia product come with a warranty?
Yes, all our scales and brewing hardware come with a one-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What is your return policy for coffee equipment?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply.
Are Acaia scales water-resistant?
Our scales are designed to be water-resistant to withstand the spills of a busy coffee bar, but they are not waterproof. They should never be submerged in water.
How do I update the firmware on my device?
You can update your device's firmware using our dedicated Acaia Updater app, available on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store via Bluetooth connection.
